They are Women of significant life experiences. Smart, intuitive, and fun-loving, they are at the stage of life where they are ready for a deeper journey of connection – to self, to heart, and to soul.
But it’s not an easy path to pursue, and feeling stuck is a real thing.
I was there, and I see the hearts of my clients.
My passion is to bring Women back to their hearts – the center of manifestation.
Infusing a delicious blend of multiple coaching & healing modalities, including Transformative journaling, breathwork, movement meditation, NLP, Shamanic journeying and crystal healing, I support Women through a holistic experience of self-discovery, so that they can create change from the inside-out, and become the woman of their dreams.
When we are in pursuit of a life worth living, we are filled with excitement and motivation. But when we are faced with crisis and betrayals in our relationships, health, career, business, etc, we become disheartened, and our spirits slowly diminish into the shadow, where it feels safer for the moment.
Living in our shadow for too long makes us forget our light. And when we forget who we truly are, we become afraid to pursue that light, fearing that we are no longer worthy of it.

In 2019, someone told me NOT to write my memoir, because I was a nobody, and no one would be interested to read my story.
Due to this advise, I stopped writing for six months.
